I dug out this razor from a pile that needed cleaning up and honing. It has come up quite nicely (better than in the pictures), but I have no clue about the story of this razor. It is German, marked with a capital E in a circle on one side and the number 97 on the other.


Does anyone know what these maker's marks mean? Who might the maker be?
