    Default Koraat 8/8

A first 8/8 for me....Koraat 8/8 Square Point, worked spine, smiling, 1/4 hollow with Abalone laminate and acrylic scales. Wedge is turned brass. I picked this up in a private sale...and I have to admit the pictures did not really accentuate just how massive it really is! This is quite a beast in terms of size and weight....I can't wait until I take her for a test drive tonight!

I have 3 koraat knives all 8/8 and the shave Well but are very Sharp with 2 of the razors I cut my cheak, I think I had a wrong angle and the weight of the razor will bite you then.

If you watch your angle you will be surprised at how nice they can shave.

The scales are very pretty. Well done. A great catch.
