fishing for values are not allowed on this site as mentioned ,, there is nothing to learn about this razor, it is toast not worth the effort to even know what it is ,, the scales are not ivory tc

I'd bet the scales are celluloid and the blade is suffering from rot. Toss the whole mess unless the scales turn out to be bone once cleaned.
In that case, just toss the blade.

unpin,toss the blade,hit the scales with a green scotchbright pad and some barkeepers friend,oil well when dry with mineral oil.
