The truth, Andrew. I did recently remove them all and clean/oil them and installed new LED lighting. There are 3 filters in the bottom and a computer fan under the brush keeps air circulating in there. The filters and brush must be cleaned. I do this every year or two. This time, I kept out the better ones. The rest is part of the table, I suppose.

    I love that display sir!
    Great shadowbox, coffeetable, showpiece.
Craftsmanship through and through. The accent lighting is just that, an awesome accent. Is there a lazy susan built into the bed or no?
I may have to borrow your design Tom. I really like the look. And sadly, am slowly building a 'not fit for my face' collection from lot buys..
    Cheers and great work..
    Thanks for sharing.
p.s. OP, your collection is sweet as well, and all working razors to boot!

When I saw this, the first thing that ran through my brain was "Hot Wheels". remember the plastic cases shaped like wheels for carrying your cars in?

It has been an evolution. I found quickly if one razor has deteriorating cell, it made it's neighbors rust. I got good at spotting the bad ones and throwing them out. As I put the fan in the middle, blowing down, with 3 filtered intakes on the perimeter, all problems ceased. Any display with celluloid should have good ventilation, IMO.

Small threadjack . . . if only we had hung onto those reline specials, eh Mike? Some of them are upwards of $60-90.00 now, out of the box.
