Ralf Aust 5/8 round point. Always gives me a great shave. Better than some I have that cost almost twice as much.

Getting down to seven would be painful...

For some reason picking one favorite is a little easier at the moment.

Brian Brown B&B 2014 LE - Great balance and an amazing edge that has been easy to maintain - and that's important because I use it so much...

If I Only Had One Razor To Shave With?

I am torn between "I'd be calling the police" and "I'd be heartbroken!"

ps- I hope you realize that your question is akin to asking what is the best food or what is the best pickup truck.

This is a question I can't answer, because there will be lots of razors to come that I haven't tried yet. I have some I like better than others, but they all have their own different advantages & disadvantages.

I really like my Ralf Aust 5/8 and just ordered a 6/8 from SRD. I also like the Boker Silver Steel 6/8 but the Ralf Aust's is still my favorite. The ones I keep going to the stand to use is the Genco 5/8 and 6/8. Seems to have a really solid balanced feel and it holds their edges better then the others. Once a New Yorker always a New Yorker. Love the idea the Genco's I have were made in NY.
