    Default New (old) Striaght Razor

    I just got an old straight razor, it's a Rud. Frauenzimmer 400 Solingen 5/8". It is shave ready and shaves great!
    Can anyone shed any light as to age or anything about it? I got it from Larry Andreassen at Whipped Dog straight razors Whipped Dog Straight Razor Shaving Equipment .
    Ill post pictures if I can figure that out from and iPad

    I loved that I could hear the whiskers pinging on the blade... Smoothest shave yet with a straight!

    Good old Solingen steel. Great stuff. A good beginner straight razor!
