    Default My first Swede

    Pretty excited to receive my first Swedish straight razor this week.
    It looks, to me, to be in really good condition.

    It's a C.V. Heljestrand MK No 23 from Eskilstuna, Sweden.
    Now I'm doing some Googling to see if I can find out more about the model and potentially vintage.

    It set me back $36 but I think that's a pretty fair price.

    As I picked it up it immediately felt very comfortable in my hands - more so than any of the other straights I have. Odd but interesting sensation.
