Hi guys just wondering what anyone though about these razors.
SET OF Customised 1043 High Carbon Legion Armory Strait Razors | eBay
They seem to be a good deal but I'm still too new at this to be sure.

I think not. No experience with them, but I expect customized cheap blades.

I rest my case.

Thanked: 3228When new plain Jane razors from reputable makers, Dovo, TI, Boker etc, run $100 -$150 each all kinds of red flags pop up for me. If it sounds too good often it is.

Probably a reason for this:"....something I can pretty much guarantee you'll never see in any of your friends collections....."

Looks like a definite Razor Shaped Object (RSO)....wouldn't waste the money IMO.

Agreed, save your money and buy a reputable blade. Check the library for brands to avoid, if it's not on the list...it will be soon.
Why doesn't the taco truck drive around the neighborhood selling tacos & margaritas???

Yep, definitely not in my collection.
Technically this is low carbon steel so would not really expect any durability from the edge.
Also, "Scary sharp, cut you to the bone" ≠ smooth shaving.
Does not really need to go in the "Brands to avoid list". I would think the price makes it an obvious no go.The white gleam of swords, not the black ink of books, clears doubts and uncertainties and bleak outlooks.

I agree with all of the above! I would save my money for something more reputable, probably a vintage Sheffield or something of the like........................
Don't waste your money on that. Plus it has some kind of grip tape on the scales which would eventually come off. The tang has no name on it so whose to say he's not getting a lot of Pakistan blades for a really cheap price & making these razors from them? Like onimaru55 said, it is more than likely it is a low carbon steel. I wouldn't buy it! To me it would be like buying a Kriegar or something similar.........................
Nothing really to brag about or worth having. It is good you asked first before pulling the trigger but save your money & buy something more known & one which many on here might own!
