Thanked: 0Vintage chinese razor?
Has anyone seen this style of razor before?

I picked it up mostly out of curiosity, just got it in. I have yet to see if the steel is any good, neat shape though. Notch in handle only goes half way through, and the blade only rotates 180 degrees, so it's similar to the general shape of the Japanese style razors when opened. The blade is aprox. 17/16 at its widest, 2.5" long, and 3/8" thick at the spine, 3/4 hollow or so. Just wanted to see what everybody thought.

Very interesting.I've never seen anything quite like it before. I don't know if I'm man enough to try shaving with something like that or not LOL. Definitely a good display piece/conversation piece tho. Congrats!

I'd do it but I think I've been cured of RAD. Only one new razor in 2007.
