    Default Point confusion on classicshaving.com

I could be wrong, but isn't this a barbers notch, rather than a spanish point?

    I think it's a Spanish barber's point.

Looks like a barbers notch to me.

For $900 they can call it what-ever they want to call it. Beautiful razor, but I would be looking for somewhere else to live if I spent that much on a single razor. I would call it a barber's notch also, but I have not been into straights for long and I'm learning, so what do I know?

That's a baber's notch in my book, an expensive barber's notch.

The barber's notch is cheap. It's the stuff framing the notch that's pricey :-)

Usually the notch is closer to the top. More a spanish point to me.

    Got one. Great shaver.

Maybe this type of point was used by Spanish barbers? Maybe we could call it a "Seville" point
