Two razors. One a traditional kamisori (a), and a Dovo (b).

B hones quickly, gets a hht 4 or 5 easily. Shaves very comfortably, but always leaves 'stubble' in the neck hollows. Other than the easiest part, my cheeks, I can feel the faintest bit of beard. It never cuts me.

A is tough to hone. I've never been able to get a hht from it. The shave is less than comfortable. Often, it will will shave off a little skin and leave a bleeder. The bleeder, however, never lasts past rinse and aftershave. Often, but not always, it leaves absolutely no trace of beard in my neck hollows. It never leaves any trace of beard anywhere else. The quality of the end result is always better. It always, despite being careful, nicks my strop I don't know how this happens. B never nicks my strop.
