Hi all! Anyone heard of a make of razor called J.Bingham? If so, what dates did they make them?

Hi Bowhunter.
I'm no expert but what i learned from the good folks here is if your looking for age, the shorter the tail and straighter scales are, the older it is.
If it was made in UK and has no "England" stamped on the tang then it's before 1890/91.
Please correct me if I'm wrong guys.
