Default LF help on a german/russian inscribed razor

The razor is by Rob Giersch, Solingen and appears to say "Real English silversteel".
Is the rest of the inscription in Russian and if so, would anyone here know what it says - and if this is a decent razor?

It's the Old Russian spelling (before 1918): Ручаюсь на 5 лѣтъ - warranty for five years.
Robert Giersch. Solingen: Felderstrasse 63 in 1939. Brand names: 'Rogiso' (1912/13), 'Studentin' (1905), 'Trei Gemeni' (1914/15).
In 1900, the owner was Heinrich Häring.
In 1914 - Heinrich, Otto, Ernst and Franz Carl Häring.
In 1928-39 - Otto and Ernst Häring.

Thank you so much for that!
I do wonder why there is both German and Russian on the same razor....

I guess that warranty has expired by now

I thought that too...but wouldn't ALL the text then be in Russian?
