    I'm not familiar with that particular make but it looks like a quality razor. if it looks nice and it's French it's probably a pretty safe bet(only apply this rule to razors though). I say go for it if the price is right.

    Looks like a quality razor to me. I have never seen a French razor turn out to be a piece of junk. I'm trying to figure out the language used, either Greek or Russian.

    Ahhhhhh, it is Bulgarian. It all says the following:

    Many old French razor of P.lespagnol, Paris, Mintz
    Fire, c. Shumen, Shoumen
    Not polzvan.Ima little spot, but it can be cleaned.
    Send with Econt COD stating that the project have 20% reduction in transport costs Econt. Do you review and test all of my items.
