Thanked: 0I like this Boker!
I found this in my collection. Does anyone know the age? What does #14 mean?

Not sure about the age but that is a great looking Boker. If you have never shaved with one you don't know what you are missing. Bokers are known for their 'Buttery Smooth' shave, a very fine top quality German made razor.

I'm not a Boker expert, but I'd guess that one is not so old. Like 1990. They have used different tree markings over the years and that one is fairly modern.
#14 is the Boker model number and a websearch for Boker model 14 will probably give you more information. Some people never go crazy. What truly horrible lives they must lead - Charles Bukowski

I'd guess it's a little older than the '90s, but then I'd be guessing. The #14 has nothing to do with boker, but the blank it was made from see the following link for all the different manufacturers that used the #14 blanks (I have a Filly 14 that is the exact same size/shape)

Thanked: 3226One thing for sure you have a razor made with a #14 blade blank which seem to have reached cult status and in very nice condition to boot. I haven't meet a Boker I did not like so you are in for some fine shaves. Congrats and enjoy.

Stunning. Simply stunning! The tree stamp dates it 1947 - 1974. My guess would be circa 1970. The typeface of the box also suggests 1970ish. I now have to go and clean my keyboard, as I've drooled all over it!!
