A pic of the tang stamps would be really useful, as well.

From the photos, looks like it will clean up nicely and it is a near wedge. That is a good find, congrats.

Very nice - that's probably the first little W&B I won from eBay, it should have the England stamp on it, so it will be post 1891. Also, you don't see an awful lot of those, they are somewhat on the rare side, as W&B didn't make to many of those, so nice catch.

They are definitely a smaller near wedge type blade, very similar to the Double Duck Satin Wedge in terms of shaving experience.

Very nice, here's a pic of mine:

Exactly this is what I have. How did you clean it up? I am thinking of using some mother's on it

I was lucky, I was new to eBay, didn't know much about razors, and just did a Buy It Now on it, when I got it, it was literally new, had never been honed and had basically sat in a box somewhere (so I was told by Phil from the Classic Edge when he saw it), aside from being honed and having the pins tightened, haven't done a thing to it...be careful though, this one is a biter, for me at least, but you will enjoy it - congrats, again a W&B you don't see too often.

Adding - compared to many I've seen, yours is in pretty nice shape - check out the restoration section and use the Search box, you'll get lots of answers there.

Thank you. As a matter of fact a kind friend gave it to me. OMG it gives superb shaves. I tried it once it was way better than a 5/8 Hollow to my beard type. I have a heavy beard that at least to me, my 5/8 hollow seems to be a bit tentative. With this it just goes through the beard. I hope I can find the so-talked-about the celebrated, a big chunk of metal
