Hudgers Best?

Any information on this razor? I went home to my moms house and found this on the night table. It turns out my dad hit antique store and picked this little beauty up for less then $20. Not a bad find the scales are a little rough and I may change them out if they will lead to problems such as cell rot? Not sure how that works but i'll put it to the hones after my new 1k comes in. I sold my old one and the worst part about it is that I haven't received one.
