    It might be "Lame" which is blade in French but being a Sheffield razor, I don't know what it would says such if that is what it says.

    It says:

    "7 Day Case Razors"
    "prompt Cash 5%"

    The price was therefore 4 pounds less 4 shillings (4 pounds is 80 shillings) = 3 pounds 16 shillings
