G.B. Kent &Sons razor.....any ideas?
I can find plenty of info on Kent & Sons history, and brushes...but not one single trace on the internet about them making a razor. Any of you more experienced heads, might could help out with a little info? Thanks in advance.

No sir, the 2 pics are they only thing on it anywhere. No origin marks, either. Underneath the brand mark it says "Marlborough St.", best I can tell.

Thanked: 3228Willing to bet that that G B Kent and Sons was a UK retailer not a manufacturer of anything.

Thanks guys for the awesome info!
So from what I can tell from the two links you both gave me...may not ever figure out who actually made the blade, but from all indications, it was made somewhere between 1774 and 1851. Would love to figure out the significance of the spine stamp.
Again, thanks a bunch guys.
