Are there any real differences between these four MK's? They all seem to be full hollow, 5/8ish to 11/16ish, and no thumb notch. I'm basically looking for the same/similar blade as my MK31 but without the thumb notch and these seem to match up.

Can anyone offer some insight/recommendations?
