Thanked: 7The ML Grifetto is a beautifully made razor with a little bit of heft to it. The workmanship is superb with a nice little touch on the top pin, that allows you to adjust the scales grip on the tang. I needed to tighten it just a tad to suit me when stropping.
The scales themselves are quite beautiful and set off the clean lines to this razor. The edge is superb and glides through the whiskers like butter.
The SR is built to last, and everything about it is solid.
Please bear in mind that I am new to SR shaving so these are a Newbs impressions so I'm not able to go all technical on my review!
My Dovo seems to feel a little light and delicate compared to the ML and the TI fits in between.
If you are thinking of taking the plunge, I can say that you won't go wrong on the quality, finish and keen edge of the Mastro Livi and if cherished I'm sure it will provide several generations of great shaves. The D in DMA is Duncan, my name.
