Welcome, You will find lots of helpful people here! I like the look of your razor, most of the W and B razors that I have seen have been barber's notches, including all three of mine. Out of my other razors, I do have a few spike points. However, after a nasty bite not too long ago they all got muted
It is nice to sometimes leave the patina on a blade, it adds character. Plus, you can always make the blade shinier later but you can't put that original patina back on!
Hone it up and give it a shave, and then you can let us know how it went and we will offer unsolicited advice on your next straight razor
