There have been several topics on it on here but never anything carved in stone that anyone could find but many good points have been brought up about it. It's like what Glen said about it.

A barber notch was to aid barbers in trimming around the ears and what-not. Actually, as Rez Dog said no one really knows for sure but I thought the "ear thing" was original? Yeah? No?

Struck me as funny, since he really did nothing to shape that, it was cut straight and the notch "Magically" appeared as the blade curved
It really looks like the older Stubtail Clip point
So perhaps this is where it all started another theory to ponder

I'd like to volunteer Shaun to purchase one of the choppers to actually get a razor edge on it then for him to send it to Steve for a test shave so SRP can claim to be where shaving with a veggie chopper originated.
