I still have a Morley and I have owned several. Great German steel. You 'll have a nice shaving razor once you have it honed. The nail clippers are a real plus. Thanks for sharing.

Thanked: 3795I detest the sound made by all nail clippers. However, I have honed and shaved with many Morleys and am confident that you have an excellent razor.

Don't worry if you paid too much or not enough, in this venture it's about what you like. As most vintage German steel goes as long as it not ate up, it will probably give you great shaves. Saying that as long as you stay away from the " DO NOT BUY LIST" most razors, honed properly will give a great shave as long as you do your part, so buy with confidence. Tc
