Thanked: 0Identifying razors
Good evening dear razor friends.
I'm new in here so I'm going present myself shortly. My Name is Roman, I'm from Switzerland and i do history and religious studies at University.
So, now why did I sign up... Few days ago I bought five razors from an online auction and now the plan is to restore them. But first I would like to identify them, to avoid the risk of destroying rare originals. The pieces are not in a very good shape, loads of scrapes on the scales and particularily oxidated blades.
Here are some photos, one of all for the Impression and then from bottom to top a close view on the inscripts, hoping this will give some hints.
Can you help me with the identification? Should I keep them as they are or restore them/replace the scales?
Sorry for the subideal pictures and for the lingual mistakes as well.
Sincerely
Roman

Welcome to SRP Roman. The only name I recognize is Jonathan Crookes. Someone will probably be along who may be able to identify some of the others.

Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.
