If the OP did that on my site I say it was all fair against the vendor for not taking care of an issue that should have been by them.

But like I stated in a earlier post......I bet Lynn will take care of the OP's blade with no charge if they really have a issue that is not on the users end.

Good luck OP and don't worry from those who got defensive here......not sure what stake they may have in things. I think some just have nothing better to do.
^ I was unaware you knew me personally and my situation. Maybe it's all a matter of perspective and I perceived it as an inappropriate way to fix a problem for the simple fact he didn't contact the vendor prior to making this thread. If he did maybe I'd be singing a different tune. You all can tell him what you want I still feel the same.
Like I said before I hope it all works out for him.
