    Default Azuma Kamisori

    So I bought a kamisori today - claims to be be NOS - Azuma -

    The blade is stamped

    YASUKI STEEL and AZUMA

    * I have seen a lot of kamisori stamped NEW AZUMA....

    what is the difference between AZUMA and NEW AZUMA????

    I have a new Azuma great shavers hell sharp
    Thought I saw a thread about the Azumas before that you may be able to search and find
    I think the difference was an age thing only if I remember right

    You have a winner! The Azumas with Yasuki steel are great and hold a fine edge. Mine are all used and not new, Still, I wouldn't trade.

    Thanks to you both for your replies. I hemmed and hawed on buying it, but the nos / unused status won me over.

    I'll post som thoughts on it when it arrives next week
