Thread: Hurrah! A Great Shave

Hello, I received my new Ralf Aust today and had my best shave ever this evening. I have been using some heavy razors, so I was unsure how this relative light weight (I believe the scales are rose wood) would handle my tough beard. Wow. Keeping the pressure light, this nimble little razor did a number on my hardest bits, especially the chin and the jawline. Of course it's brand new and from SRDs, so likely super sharp. Just thought I'd share. A great shave is great fun.

Here are my other razors. The Wacker and the Dovo are fairly light, but the TI and the Esberg Koorat are axes.
