Recently I bought a Razor, 7/8 Manhattan Cutlery, Sheffield.
I think the scales are horn or bone very clear see through. Anyway, on the scale are a pattern of small red dots 7. Also, a scratched #118 in scale.
Does these dots represent anything, or just the original owner getting artistic.
