Anyone ever heard of this brand

Hey everyone found this at my moms house today I can't seem to find any info when I googled the name on it,it says J.VENEZIA then under that it says Passaic NJ on the other side of tang it says BLACK BEAUTY the scales feel real cheap but the blade seems like it could be good but I'm new to this so I have no idea lol. My parents used it as a prop my dad never used it to shave the blade would need some professional honing the blade has some chips in it & some rusting. I didn't really plan on using it my dad had a sr that he did use but unfortunately he passed & my mom can't find the one he used ,this one I'm asking about was set up on a dresser with some other shaving stuff as a decor lol I still planning on getting a good sr from srd was just curious about this one thanks for checking this tread out
