There's been a debate about that Graze: some folks reckon they're actually plain carbon steel. I haven't left mine lying around wet to find out
. Mind you, where I live the air is salty and even so-called stainless rusts after a while.

Would be easy for me to tell if it's stainless, I won't be able to put an edge on it...
