Thanked: 0Help dating a king cutter
I just bought my first used razor at an antique store as a project to clean up and use as a trainer for honing since it was $10. Can anyone tell me how old the razor is?

These charts show Boker stampings over the years. That is about as close as I know how to get ;
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Boker King Cutter is a VERY good razor.
I would suggest getting another sacrificial blade for the learning curve.

Thanked: 0Thanks to all for the help, the king cutter cleaned up nicely. Unfortunately the logo is now only visible if you hold it on the right angle, it almost completely wore off with the tarnish. Delivered a passable shave and anticipate it will only get better(once some gold dollars suffer)
