    Hello Immy,
Your question is not in the best section of the forum for getting noticed, as this area is for suggestions on running the site, changes to it etc.,,,,
A Mod. will come by eventually & move it to the proper location; it could be tomorrow morning though.

Im assuming your talking about the wood like coffin razor box. These boxes are made of Durofol. Durofol is a man-made wood material , is using phenolic resin made of compressed wood with grain . The veneer layers are not glued but impregnated with phenolic resin and under high pressure and high temperature pressed . The term is a registered trademark and is derived from the sole producer of this material, the durofol KG, J. Brangs & Co. from Solingen .
That said i would clean and use a wood wax, renaissance wax or something like that.

You post questions in the forum most closely related to the subject matter.

Thanks Martin, I always wondered what that material was in those Puma cases. Does so resemble 'real' wood, but is obviously something else.

Yea me too. I always wondered about that. I assumed it was some sort of plastic.

    Now I know.
