    Default My Luna Extra 4

Hallo friends goodmornig. I promised e few day ago during my subsciption, to send you pics of my razor. i bought it in 80' when I was a student but i don't use it for year sice two months ago. now I am not an expert, I try to learn day by day. I have a question about my razor. The seller last week when he strop my razos said that it a good razor and he have not this new model because the factory don't import the article. I look for the razor in internet and my surprise the factory is closed al lot of yars ago! The rasor seem new. Help me to undestand this mystery. ( excuse my bad english)

Many unused straight razors are being sold, not an unusual phenomenon really. NOS (New Old Stock).

There are a lot of razors out there that where purchased many years ago and never used. NOS or New Old Stock , they are called. They resurface as they are found. I know a fellow that happened upon a garage sale and this man's father sold barber supplies. Just so happens all his stock had been sitting in this room since he passed away only to be up for sale almost 60 years later.

Yes, I'd agree that it looks like a New Old Stock (NOS) razor. The only thing that puzzles me is that the hinge pin, photo #3, and wedge pin, photo #6, seem to have been replaced at sometime with the new type nail head pins. Overall it looks to be a very nice razor. Enjoy using it.

Wow, very nice razor! Every razor i have seen with German made steel has always been of exceptional quality. You got a very nice one there.
