That is a great looking blade. I am a sucker for a smiling wedge. a nice set of bone or ivory scales and you have a winner.

Different point style is about the only real difference I see. I had to bush the pivot hole as it was in bad shape.

I am planning on some black horn scales for this old girl. I would like to see some original scales so I can get them & the wedge & pins correct. I like things restored the way they were. I love vintage cars from the depression & before that were restored as they came from the factory. I hate when a vintage car is made into a hot rod. Originally Posted by Hacker7

Any way if any one has a Greaves from the same era & size in original scales PLEASE post a picture.
The difference in the tip of the tang between the two razors just caught my attention. I wonder what the differences mean??
