Hello! Last saturday i went to an antique mall with the hopes of picking up a W&B Chopper that I saw about two months earlier. The mall had a super sale so i figured I'd pick it up. It was gone. It sold a week before the sale. Heart broken, I picked up these:

I'm pretty sure we've all seen the Dovos, we'll skip over them for now, but this is the first time I've seen a Boker like this. Also, this is the cleanest blade I've seen in the wild ever! I was super excited that I didn't have to do the restore process and just get on with the honing - it was dull. Its just one of those well behaved blades. Took to sharp within about 2 min on a 4k and about 1min on an 8k. The gold wash is pretty much intact. I don't know if this rare but i couldn't find any pics online. It has a neat Boker tree on the end of the handle and some lattice work on the pin side. There is only one pinned and I assume the wedge is glued in. Any info on this guy would be great.
Oh, and what's the opinion on bevel width? Visually, do you like a wide, defined bevel or a glistening, sliver of an edge? I like the look of the narrow bevel but, on a small level, i feel like the wider bevels give a better shave due to the lower angle. Happy shaving everyone!
