Pictures are always helpful for those in the know, and the rest of us like looking at them too.

Whipped Dog Straight Razor Shaving Equipment

Sorry...Dont know how to post pictures...Im not a techy kind of guy.

Im less concerned with monetary value and more concerned with construction and proper heat treat/edge retention/serviceability.

    God bless

It should be fine. Larry has been doing this for quite a while and you hear very few of his customers being unhappy. I expect you will get a serviceable razor. On a side note there have been a couple of people who have decided to clean their razors that they received from Larry. Polish will kill your edge in no time flat. If you want to clean it up after you receive it wait until it needs to be honed.

I got my razor last week from Larry and completed my first shave....and no cuts mind you.

All I can say is that I am happy. The razor is truly shave ready, nothing like hearing that carbon steel ring off of your whiskers.
Looks like at one point it used to be gold plated...shes definitely got some usage on her...but it shaves well with napa soaps...at least I am happy.

Id post pictures but Im damn near illiterate....especially when it comes to techy stuff.

    God bless
