    Default Bought it because I liked the looks of it

    Now I just need to figure out how to use it[emoji1]
    I found some older threads showing the mechanics of the Curley razor as far as changing the blade. It might be fun to shave with. Is anybody using one?

    Never saw one like that before. I love those old razors, especially SE's with wedges, and I have several in my collection. Very interesting this one; I would love to hear how the blade hones and how it shaves. Enjoy!

    Got one of those, a little older perhaps, in my collection of odd framebacks

    Never tried to shave with it though.

    Shumate made one like that too. I've seen one, but never had one myself. This pic came from google images ;

    The blade in the Curley is permanent, or at least mine is. The trigger mechanism is for flipping the guard to the other side as-needed. They actually shave quite good, FME.

    Good steel and shavers and the "guard" does work.
