Not so long ago I purchased a N.O.S. C.V. Heljestrand 7 day set still with the packing grease on them. My objective is to hone them all up and actually use them all thru the week, at least once.
The hard part is get the motivation to hone 7 bloody razors. Ugggggh

+1 I take a set with me when I travel and it eliminates the need to bring a strop as I usually go for 3 days. My 7 day set or a set of 4 is all I need. When I get home I strop them up. Very convenient for travel.

What a curse be a dull razor; what a prideful comfort a sharp one

Give me one of the 7 and I'll hone 'em all for you ............

Kidding aside, I just shaved with Monday out of the Wilhelm Mandt 7 day set. This particular set I like enough not to get bored with 7 of the same shape and scales. It is one of those German sets for tourists with the name of a different city etched on each one. I love the scales so ...... not half bad. Here is for the guys who say 'a picture or it didn't happen' ........

Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Here is my seven day set. I think everyone should have one that floats their boat.
It's not what you know, it's who you take fishing!

That's a perfect way of looking at it.

So I prefer 7 day sets with same scales and different blades..... OR different scales of the same material with different blades. Something like that!
