Thanked: 0Nicked Blade Repair Possible?
Hello- I found these two in an old box at my parents' house. My question is can they be repaired (one nasty nick on the toe, the other on the heel)? If so, is it worth it? Will they ever shave OK? Otherwise, they're not in horrible shape. Thanks in advance for the input. -Troy

Thanked: 3795You are in Germany and you've got a Clauss and a Torrey???
It's nice to see that occasionally the razor flow was in the opposite direction. Those are two very good brands of American razors and as Glenn said, they should be able to be honed and made perfectly useable.

Thanked: 0Sorry to disappoint, but I found these in the US on my last trip home (I'm only living in Germany temporarily).
Great to hear they can be saved. I'm new to this world, so I wasn't sure what was possible.
Thanks!
