Thread: Koraat Razor

There's nothing quite like the fit, finish and feel of a Koraat razor. I love my three.
Ulrik is a fantastic person. I found him very helpful and easy to work with.

Congratulations, Jerry, that is one beautiful Koraat! I recently got my first Koraat, and love it as much as you do. Magnificent Koraats, Pete. I'll have to show off mine:

I have 4, these 3 at 8/8 and a 6/8 (White Queen) no picture from that one, love them!!

I did a review of mine some time ago, and I'll maintain that this is a very unusual razor. And I enjoy the odd shave with it. It is, and probably will always be, a welcome deviation from my regular razors (6/8ths or 7/8ths wide, nimble hollow grinds). Not a daily shaver, but one that is very well made, and one that shines in the areas of craftsmanship, and finish. Nice.

As an aside, Ulrik is one of the most pleasant people in the razor business to work with. I would like to endorse him first and foremost as a person, but also, and to no lesser degree, as a craftsman.

I agree wholeheartedly. Ulrich Beyer is a 100% stand-up gentleman and l might add, "nix besser"!!
