    No clue. Fine steel Warranted are all common. Crown may just denote Sheffield. Times you wish Neil Miller was still with us. Identifiers may have been sanded or ground off

    The crown that is on the razor is quite different to the usual ones used for VR or WR. It's got more detail and is larger. I think that the crown is part of the razor branding.
