Scammer....think back to the days of our Nigerian Prince who wanted you to send him $1,000 dollars so he could free up his inheritance or investment portfolio and give you $500 k for your troubles...total scam...IIRC 419 refers some some type of Penal Code...

I think this is what they mean. I signed up for it and they only sent an email to confirm so far. It is my email for possible spam/scam things, so we shall see.
EDIT: For those that don't want to read it/the link breaks. Phrank is right, it's the penal code in Nigeria for the scams he mentioned.
