I can't help thinking that the argument has got out of hand - if we go back to the original post it's plain that the thread was started with no knowledge as to who was behind it. Michael came in only to let people know what his plans are - so to claim some form of unfair pre-advertising on his part is just not the case. From what I can see there is nothing the moderators could take offence with.

Having said that, I agree with you that whatever is produced will be nothing more than a semi-custom razor with the W&B brand. While not criticising the plans or motivation behind them, I don't see much point in resurrecting the name. If the end product is good it will sell in competition against other modern custom makers. If it carries a premium just because of the brand, I think we are intelligent enough to see through that.
