FAL I do need too do that, I haven't decided if I'm going to though I have spoken with a lawyer but it's just not me. I just want to take care of my family without dealing with a$$hole bosses/companies. I don't know if it's worth it I've only been there 6 months an I don't think that the injury is anything permanent ( but who knows). I do know that I was let go so that the big wigs in the office could hire family so I may just call the corporate office an see if I can deal with it that way first because like I said I just want to be able to care for my family that's all I want.

I actually had a job 3 years ago where my boss was harassing me day in an day out, screwing with me about everything I had 25+ people that were gonna go to court for me over that. I mean I had them by the balls (gift wrapped even) an I didn't go through with it. Here's an example of what was going on.

I came into work an our handbook said you had to have well kept facial any style was ok as long as it was trimmed I came in boss said it wasn't sent me home I said fine I'll be back tomorrow he said I'm not sending you home for the day it will be unexcused I said my lawyer will make sure it's excused. So they called every male employee at home an said if you have facial hair you must shave it off ( little did they know all of them were calling me letting me know.

In this situation I understand that I am owed an I would be standing up to them letting them know that they can't treat their employees like that (present an future) an this is a little different than harassment but it's still not me.
