Thanks so much for all the great feedback about this razor. The knowledge and information shared here is much more than I was expecting to find out and very much appreciated. Am I understanding correctly that it's likely this razor was made somewhere between 1870 and 1872 while Joseph Turner was foreman of the razor division at Heinisch?

It's likely, I think. The scissor logo is one I have not seen. Indeed, Turner made razors stamped for many others from his days in Connecticut, including early Torreys before he actually joined Torrey.
He may have been responsible for Heinisch and/or Wiss razors for a while, even after he left Heinisch.Last edited by sharptonn; 07-18-2016 at 12:48 AM.
