Damaged blade
This morning, I had an unfortunate accident with a razor that I purchased from the classifieds a few weeks ago. It fell to the floor and struck the towel rack on its way down.
The blade is damaged toward the heel. How much can I expect to pay to put it right and who should I get to do it?

Thanked: 3795Anyone in the member services section of the classifieds can take care of it. You are lucky that relatively speaking not much damage was done. This is just an extreme bevel set and I doubt if anyone will charge you extra for it, as it really is not that much extra work with the right tools.

Yep, you got lucky! Some get ruined forever. A good honing will fix it as long as that is all the damage there is.

Thanked: 1184Wet fingers ? I hate wet fingers almost as much as soapy fingers. Slight repair and hone. Hope you have a back up :<0)
Good judgment comes from experience, and experience....well that comes from poor judgment.

Yeah, I've got two others so I'm ok. I just like that razor.
