October 2013 I was looking for a better stone to sharpen hunting knives and stumbled upon straight razor designs. I bought a 5/8 full hollow Dovo Best which was about the only razor in stock that day. Took me about a month to get the courage to use it not having used anything but carts and electrics my entire adult life. Once I did, RAD quickly grabbed hold and I have been a straight razor shaver ever since.
