Identification help.
I got the straight razor and I neither know what it says or what it is. I feel that it's French but other than that your guess is as good as mine. Any information would be very much appreciated. Thank you for your time.

I don't know the razor, but I love the way you took the photo through the eye loupe ! Was there some sort of attachment, or did you just use your camera ......... or phone ?

After some buffing on white and blue. It looks like a good candidate for Mirror polish.
