Thread: Help with an old wedge

I found this one at the flee market this morning and spent the day making new horn scales for it. It was pretty heavily and deeply rusted, but still ok around the edge. I got it for 3€ so wasnt to much to loose.
I used the original lead wedge

So its a near wedge from G. Johnson.
I was trying to find stuff out on here aboout it, but all the other razors from this mark have different logos. like the hammer and the stars... So im not sure about it.

This has just a crown over the name G.Johnson.

Would be cool if anyone could help out! with the apoximate year and if its the same G.Johnson. Thanks!

I did also check there, but couldnt find anything regarding the crown stamp over the name stamp.
